A honlapon feltüntetett szolgáltatások nem elérhetők, ahhoz hasonlót ajánlani nem tudnak, mert a diszpécser hölgynek fogalma sincs mi lehetett abban a csomagban, hisz már az ezer éve nem elérhető csomag ("VIP" csomag) 2. Időpontot nem tudnak adni, csak délután 5-ig, holott a honlapon este 8 van kiírva nyitva tartásnak. Mondtam nekem az nem jó, mert dolgozok és mennem kell a gyerekért, tehát csak 6-ra tudok odaérni. Mire ő, hogy menjek akkor reggel. Mondom nem tudok reggel menni, mert mint mondtam dolgozok és reggel viszem a gyereket az oviba. (Mondtam én ilyen hagyományos ember vagyok, aki reggeltől estig dolgozik.) Erre rákérdeztem, hogy de a honlapon az van feltüntetve, hogy este 8-ig vannak nyitva. Mire a hölgy közölte, hogy igaz, de a főnökei (pontosabban " a fiúk"), megkérték, hogy mostanában ne egyeztessen 5 utánra időpontot, mert kevés a vendég. (LOL) Mondtam, oké, akkor köszönöm szépen, akkor részemről (is) tárgytalan. Ha már telefonban ilyen sok az eltérés, akkor inkább nem kockázattok, köszönöm. Meg hát, ha nem akarnak dolgozni és pénzt keresni, én nem erőszakoskodom. Van még ezer hely, ahova vihetem és szívesen szolgáltatnak, kiszolgálnak és fogadnak nyitvatartási időben. 1. The services listed on the website are unavailable, they cannot recommend anything like this because the dispatcher lady has no idea what the package has been in since the package that has been unavailable for a thousand years ("VIP" package) 2. No time can be given until 5 pm, although the website is open 8 pm. I told me it's not good because I work and have to go for the kid so I can only get to 6. What is she to do then in the morning. B	Bao Erdődy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Többször voltam már eddig nem volt velük nagyobb gond, viszont utoljára sajnos nagyon trehány munkát végeztek (belső takarítás). Csomagterek kellett volna kiporszívózni, de fél munkát végeztek. Amikor számonkértem, a belső tisztítást végző hölgy, aggresszív, lekezelő és arrogáns volt velem szembern, így nem is kértem az utólagos "hibája kijavítását". Arra hivatkozott, hogy "túl koszos" és hogy fizettem-e duplán a belső takarításért, miközben végig ott voltam a váróban, odajöhetett volna és mondhatta volna, hogy ez extra költséggel járt volna. A pénztáros hölgy kedves volt, meg akarta oldani a problémát, ez egy pozitívum. Végül nem kértem az utólagos takarítást, se pénzvisszafizetést, inkább csak elvesztettek egy vendégüket. Amíg ilyen figyelmetlen, hanyag, lusta alkalmazottja van a cégnek, másnak se ajánlanám, hogy igénybevegyék szolgáltatásukat. Teljes szolgáltatásért 10eFt felett fizettem. Luggage compartments should have been vacuumed, but they did half the work. When I was held accountable, the lady doing the internal cleaning was aggressive, condescending, and arrogant with me, so I didn’t even ask for a subsequent “correction of her mistake”. He argued that he was "too dirty" and that I had paid twice for the internal cleaning while I was there all the way in the waiting room, he could have come there and said it would have been an extra cost. The cashier lady was kind, she wanted to solve the problem, that’s a positive. In the end, I didn’t ask for any subsequent cleaning or money back, they just lost one of their guests. As long as the company has such an inattentive, careless, lazy employee, I would not recommend anyone else to use their service. I paid over 10 thousand HUF for the full service.

P	Péter N. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jól dolgoznak, kicsit lassan, és nincs WIFI, hogy amíg vàrakozok dolgozhassak. Ár/érték arány rendben van. külső-belső 1 óra volt. They work well, a bit slow and no WIFI so I can work while I wait. Value for money is fine. it was 1 hour outside and inside.
