Tegyen még v.ki feljelentést, mert ez így csak szabálysértés, ha de ha még egy sértett jelentkezik akkor az már üzletszerű csalás vétsége! Várom a tulajdonos jelentkezését! We made the report today. Megerdemelnek hogy bezarja a fogyasztovedelem az uzletet... I don't recommend it to anyone, they believe it in February, they don't send the spool back for multiple offers, which, by the way, is in the 20-25000ft category. They deserve to close the business of consumer protection ...
L	Lili Németh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Javításra hagytunk itt egy orsót, bár ne tettük volna. Több hónap hitegetés után személyesen mentünk el érte. Visszakaptuk az eredeti hibával. Otthon szétszerelve tapasztaltuk, hogy ez-az (néhány speciális csavar) hiányzik belőle. Ez nem szerviz hanem egy vicc....és ez amit írtam sajnos nem vicc. Senkinek nem ajánlom!!! Megjegyzés: a mi orsónk is 20 E Ft értékű volt most már csak alkatrésznek jó. :( We left a spool here for repair, though we wouldn’t have done it. After months of believing, we went for it in person. We got it back with the original error. Disassembled at home, we found that this (some special screws) was missing from it. This is not a service but a joke .... and what I wrote is unfortunately not a joke. I do not recommend it to anyone !!! Note: our spindle was worth HUF 20 thousand now, it is only good for parts. :(
G	Gyula Hanzl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erős Túlzás szerviznek hívni! Orsót küldtem javításra 50-nap után még fogalmuk sem volt, hogy javítható-e! Telefonon kb 10-12-alkalommal érdeklődtem mindig más vette fel mindig másnapra ígértek választ természetesen nem jelentkeztek!!! Utolsó hívásomnál tudatták,hogy meg van az orsó nem a javítás az orsó!!!! Mivel komolytalannak tűnik az egész kértem küldjék vissza mára ígérték természetesen nem jött meg,értesítést nem küldtek! Senkinek nem ajánlom,hogy bármit velük próbáljon javíttatni!!!!! Szégyen,hogy létezik ilyen "SZERVÍZ" Call it a strong exaggeration service! I sent a spool for repair after 50 days they had no idea if it could be repaired! I asked about 10-12 times on the phone, always others picked me up, they always promised answers the next day, of course they didn't sign up !!! On my last call I was informed that I have the reel not the repair of the reel !!!! Since it seems frivolous the whole I asked to be sent back today promised of course did not come, no notice was sent! I don't recommend anyone trying to fix anything with them !!!!! Shame that there is such a "SERVICE"

A telefont nem veszik fel! Még a panaszkonyvbe sem lehet beirni, mert az uzletben nyitvatartási idot sem tartanak be! UPDATE: 2020.Aug.13-a van, meg mindig semmi változás!!!!!! Többszöri telefonhívás, mindig más veszi fel a telefont, ha felveszi egyáltalán, délutánra ígéri a visszahívást, aztán elérhetetlenek.... Komolytalan üzlet, szervizek nem nevezhető!!!! UPDATE: 2021.JULIUS 27. SEMMI VÁLTOZÁS! Unreliable company, I do not recommend to anyone! At the end of SEPTEMBER 2019 we handed over the spool for repair, since then there is no news, only promises and lies! It's January now ... The phone won't be picked up! It is not even possible to write in the complaint book, because the opening hours are not observed in the store! UPDATE: It's August 13th, 2020, it's always nothing to change !!!!!! Multiple phone calls, always someone picks up the phone, if you pick it up at all, promises to call back in the afternoon, then they are unreachable .... Serious business, services can not be called !!!! UPDATE: JULY 27, 2021. NO CHANGES!

Nagyértékü botom és orsóm van nálluk már 1.5 hónapja . Nem is értem hogy lehet nyitva egy ilyen üzlet ! István Pongrácz keress meg facén mert én is igy jártam mint te I'll report it to the police tomorrow. Simply do not pick up the phone, the store is closed, no one can be reached.
