Fishing discount Webshop. I placed an order from "in stock and orderable" products, which was also confirmed back, this is clearly confirmed by the photos. I waited in vain for days .... A call came in, it turned out the Webshop operator was looking for. He asked for a number, so unknown, in a rather arrogant tone, why didn't I answer his previous calls? Since I didn’t really understand what he wanted, I told him I wasn’t used to receiving calls from unknown numbers. The dear gentleman informed me that he used to check the orders placed by e-mail. That's fine, but why didn't you search at the e-mail address you provided, or if you need a telephone consultation to finalize your order, why wasn't it listed on the Webshop? The "kind" gentleman answered the question with noble simplicity, in a disrespectful tone. Should I order or not what I ordered? Of course, I don't want to spend a penny after that in a place like this. It is incomprehensible to me that an operator thinks that he is talking to a prospective buyer in this style and tone when countless Webshops are trying to serve the fishing society where every little thing matters ..... After that, I would not recommend it to anyone !!!
