Írtam egy érdeklődő emailt, hogy mi a helyzet, a válaszadó a saját frusztrációját és életutálatát sűrítette bele a válaszba, amiből miután háromszor (!!!) kértem, hogy ne törölje a rendelést, ő még mindig kötötte az ebet a karóhoz, hogy törli, mert ez a protokoll (kis cégnél protokoll? de ékezetek nélkül azért válaszolt), és a pénzt 3 nap után - két emailt is írtam, hogy akkor mi a helyzet - sikerült visszautalnia. Az emailekre gyorsan válaszolt, pedig hétvége volt, ellenben mélységesen felháborít, hogy ha valaki előre kifizet valamit és a szállítási határidőről érdeklődik, mert spam mappába se kapta meg az emailt (képernyőképet továbbítottam, rendszerhiba lehetett, amit beismert), miért kell ennyire lekezelően válaszolni. Ha nem kell a pénz, ne nyisson boltot. Szerencsére máshonnan 2 nap alatt megkaptam. I ordered a 45,000 forint stick, about which I unfortunately did not receive a confirmation email (with advance transfer - without registration). I wrote an inquiring email about what the situation was, the respondent condensed his own frustration and hatred of life into the response, from which after asking me three times (!!!) not to cancel the order, he still tied the eb to the stake to delete, because it was a protocol (a protocol for a small company? but without accents, it answered) and after 3 days - I also wrote two emails to see what was going on then - I managed to return it. He responded quickly to emails, even though it was a weekend, but he is deeply outraged that if someone pays for something in advance and inquires about the delivery deadline because he didn’t receive the email in a spam folder (I sent a screenshot, there may have been a system error, he admitted). If you don’t need the money, don’t open a store. Luckily I got it from elsewhere in 2 days.

Inkább ott a Szúnyog, ahol kedvesek, udvariasak, segítőkészek telefonon keresztül is, és van választék. Tiny business, outmoded people, vomit to open.
