In the theoretically non-smoking room as we opened, specifically the smell of cigarettes hit the forehead. It’s October and we had to sleep at an open balcony door, but it still bit our noses. He didn't even say that our clothes took over the smell. Disgusting. When we mentioned it, they looked at us in surprise that they didn’t understand what could be. Now, if it were cleaned regularly, the cleaner should have felt it. I don't understand how they can rent out a non-smoking room. There was a stale, musty smell in the bathroom. Not to mention the carpet in the room. I don't even dare think about when that carpet was last cleaned. If I could I would give a minus star but there is no such option. The only positive is that the receptionist was very kind on our arrival.
