There are problems with cleanliness. The area around the bathroom and toilet is stained, dirty, stuck. Toilet boards are the cheapest category, poorly fixed. At our request, there were repeated attempts to clean up, but it was not satisfactory. The tables in the breakfast room are dirty. The staff is nice, but there are certainly few to do with plenty of work. As we learned, the new linens were crumpled because their iron wasn’t heating up enough. Foreign hair in the bath and in the room. 7 TV channels, 3 of them bounce and are ghostly.

We were at the hotel with three kids on the long weekend in March. I don’t know what the hotel was like before, but now it has undergone a complete renovation and our whole stay was very positive. The hotel is clean, our room, a 4-bed apartment renovated, freshly whitewashed, new laminate flooring, a couple of new furniture that is old, new sanitary ware in the bathroom, new kitchenette, even the new scent could be felt. Everything gleamed, I think we used the new equipment for the first time. The room was very attractive, we could accommodate five, there was a kitchenette with a lower and upper kitchen cabinet, a couple of kitchen utensils, e.g. water heater, both rooms have tv on the wall, large closet, large double bed, plus us an extra bed. New bathroom sinks, new washbasins, faucets, shower cubicles, all quality products. The staff was very kind, both ladies and gentlemen. Reception from 7 to 19, after that the main entrance is closed, but you can come in later with a code, of course. There is an elevator, it works, the stairwell was clean. The restaurant part is also clean, bright, there are enough tables, there was no crowd at breakfast. We received breakfast, all quality and fresh products, there was also hot food, respectively. the usual Swedish carpentry, cold cuts, cheeses, vegetables, baked goods, divine delicious soft breads, jam, peanut butter, juices, coffee, tea. Really everything was of the best quality, e.g. Mares cream, Jogobella yogurt, vinegar Nutella for kids. Parking is large, can accommodate many cars. The bath of Sárvár is approx. It is 200 meters from the upstairs room. Nádasdy is waiting for approx. 750 meters, short walking distance. We really liked the hotel, and if that happens we will definitely return.
