Nice hotel with excellent Spa. Breakfast was amazing.

Walked and was greeted by the receptionist. Very nice, helpful and spoke English well. Went up to the room. Which was pretty nice apart from the 2002 TV with preloaded software on it. Luckily there was a private wifi signal which I could connect to. I went down to the pool and it was excellent. It is quite big and there is a Jacuzzi as well. It was quite quiet at around 7pm when I went in. The bar was okay I wish there where more options of stuff to eat rather then nuts and 3 different types of puddings. Like maybe if they had sandwiches or toasties. Breakfast was nice, however I'm not sure if it was the times I went to breakfast but the food I ate was just under warm. Would be nice if the food stayed under a heat lamp or something. Overall my stay was good. Do recommend going to the Hotel Divinus if you are planning visiting Debrecen.

The staff is really friendly. Just wanna out point that for the five stars some missings I have in normal 5 star hotels. - a cattle with tea and coffee, of course the sugar and milk is not there as well - no shoehorn - no shoe polish - no laundry bag, you have to ask for it - no toothbrush set if you have forgotten it - no ironing board for your shirt - neither the iron - the daily fresh water works now after complaints as well the shower gel and shampoo replacement ? - as well for the towel issues, this has gotten better now a bit. The rooms are mostly equipped with two twin beds, at least I always get one. But the beds are moved together so it looks big on the beginning, but... The hot water tub in the pool aeria is really lovely and relaxing during the week evenings. The Sauna is just ok but you have to wear your swimsuit, so I skip it ( German behavior) Hope this is helpful and a hint for the improvement at the hotel.

Wherever it holds its place in the world with its standard of service, both its external appearance and internal layout are excellent. The staff is dedicated and the restaurant offers very good food. I can only recommend it to everyone.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and also good breakfast. Rooms are always clean. Wifi works well. Only thing which is not that 5* experience is the carpeted floor in the rooms.

This hotel cannot be considered as 5 stars hotel at all. Some comments: - We were unable to go for a massage as it was fully booked for the whole week. The hotel was almost empty so i guess the appointments were not for guests. They should have slots for their guests as this is consider a wellness hotel. - When we went to the wellness, the hotel employee was in his own swim shorts, next to the water not in the wellness reception. - They give you extra towels for the wellness. However you need to take it from the room.. in other hotel this is provided upon arrival to the spa. - There are some commodities in the bathroom like shower gel, shampoo or conditioner. We used one the first day, they did not put another one for next day. - The coffee for the breakfast was really bad quality, we needed to have a coffee outside the hotel. The sweets were not home made rather artificial. To be fair, these are some highlights about the hotel: - We had dinner included. We were able to choose from the menu. Portions were big and the quality was good. - The size of the bathroom and the room was OK.

The best ever hotel experience I had - true to its 5-star marker. Excellent staff - kind, caring and attentive. Comfortable, elegant room, with just the right proportions to the different chambers. Various selection of food for both breakfast and dinner, delicious and well-made. The terrace also has great ambience, when we were there, it also had live music in the evening. Traffic (and even public transportation) is great, the underground parking is spacious. All in all, strongly recommended.
