“Köszönjük a kellemes élményt. Maximálisan elégedettek vagyunk párommal. Köszönjük a kedvességet amit kaptunk. Mindenki közvetlen, vidám és segítőkész volt. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Az ételek és az ottani kiszolgálás csillagos 5 számunkra. Mégegyszer köszönjük szépen. Októberben ismét érkezünk,vagy hamarabb. ”

M	Marci Kórosi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, cool and kind service members. Our room was really fine, there was not any problem with the food, espacially not with the dinner. I recommend this Hotel in Eger!

K	Kemeny S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standard hotel rooms are small, but there is enough room for 2 persons. If you are unlucky, wifi signal will be poor or even undetectable. Enough TV channel. Wellness part: really good, even with kids. There are 3 pools and 1 children pool, 2 jakuzzi several saunas.

There was no safe in my room but other than that the facilities were adequate. I did not get a chance to use the health and leisure facilities but the location was good. There was an issue with the booking (I travelled for business so the hotel was booked for me) and I was told at checkout that the full balance had not been paid. Staff were not interested in trying to resolve it with my company, they just wanted the money there and then. Given the price I'd say it was good value for money.

S	Sofia AC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I spent some wonderful days in this hotel. All the staff were very friendly and above all, very professional, which is rare to find in Hungary. The food was very good and the waiters were very professional, understanding and helpful and they helped a lot my mother, who suffers from various food intolerances. The rooms were clean and very nice, full of positive energy. We got to spend a lot of time in the Wellness area which we really enjoyed, there are saunas, swimming pools, massage area, whirlpool, aromatherapy etc ... The staff at the reception were very helpful in helping me with my severe migraine when I asked for some help. It was our first time here but we will definitely be back very soon! I thank all the staff and invite anyone to try this beautiful hotel. :) ♥️
K	K P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced and overrated hotel. I was not impressed. The room was average and the meals served buffet style were nice, but not as delicious as ordering from a menu. We were there during a reunion of some sort and the entire place was filled with elderly people who were very loud even until 10pm in the corridors. No, I would not recommend this expensive hotel to anyone.
