It has nothing to do with the 3-star hotel We booked it here specifically because they promised an air-conditioned room, plus it is included in the price. When we arrived, the air conditioning display was obscured. At the front desk, the least helpful woman said she must have been disturbed by the light of the previous resident. We removed the cover and the error code flourished there. They said they could improve the climate in 5 days. My husband told me what the mistake might be and they asked him to fix it: D In 5 days they didn’t even come to fix the climate. We got a mobile climate that cooled the air in principle because it was an ice battery, but it understood nothing, it only stirred the warm air. No room cleaning. The towels are musty and smelly. On first request, I didn’t get a “fresh” towel, I went down to tell her for 2 days that she hadn’t arrived since. I got another stinky musty bran. The staff is trying to be nice, but the system seems to be malfunctioning. There are few and they are busy, they don’t like to see guests. Payment can only be made in cash or with a NICE card. There is no terminal for the card, but they ask for it and transfer it to themselves.

Very friendly, kind staff, breakfast excellent! The accommodation is clean and the surroundings are fabulous. Child friendly place ?

The staff is very friendly, in a quiet green environment, with parking. Very good for couples and families with children. Clean rooms, large pool and ping-pong table available. I recommend it to anyone who wants to relax.

Unfortunately we waited 2 hours before we could get our room, even though we only had to take the cot out of the top of the bed, put an extra bed (the porter thought it was good for a 5 year old!) And put on bed linen. Virtually no cleaning was done after the previous guest, only after we got there. The explanation for this for the lady is the number of guests, which is not acceptable if you have to leave the accommodation at 10am and I can book it from 3pm. The 10 correct parking lots are actually 8, otherwise 2 cars will not be able to stand if you park inside. Others can park on the street next to the fence. Don’t take WiFi seriously, just around the main building. It discouraged me, as well as the fact that we got a room in a building that wasn’t mentioned in the photos in the ad. If these are mentioned separately, there is no problem with what we got from the retro. Which is not mentioned yet, although it is worth noting that in addition to using a good pool, it is possible to play ping-pong, billiards, table football. And because you can request a separate lunch and dinner, the place is suitable for a complete holiday even if there is no need for anything else. If you still want to swim in Lake Balaton, you can reach the port with a free walk in a few minutes, or you can choose the East or West Beach, which can also be easily reached on foot. Yet their draft beer is very good, a young man who is still entrusted with many tasks, even though he treats people excellently. The shops, pharmacy are within easy walking distance, and there are restaurants nearby, just don't forget our wallet at home if you e.g. we want to consume it in the Corn Tavern.

The kind of humanity and empathy we got at Hotel Family .... is simply incredible, we are very grateful for it. Unfortunately, I can only name two people, the director and Márta, but the maintenance gentlemen were also very kind. The work that is done on Lake Balaton at such times is incredible, so that we feel good, arrive in a clean room, eat delicious food, have fun. I wish perseverance to everyone who works and thank you very much again

Zimmer Feri 2021. The receptionist was very kind, besides I can't report any positive experiences. I’ve been to a lot of places before, but I haven’t had so many negative experiences anywhere yet. I am very sorry that we have booked accommodation in this hotel :(

This weekend we spent 3 wonderful days with my girlfriend. Nice, tidy; clean environment. The staff welcomed us very kindly, they were there to help us in everything. The air conditioning in our room provided a pleasant temperature after the heat outside. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with bread and bakery goods fresh. The pool was clean, with a pleasant temperature, it was a pleasure to cool our heated body inside. On the shore of the pool, huge parasols, sunbeds, chairs, tables provided our comfort. The waiter brought the drink and coffee to the pool. We even had a surprise one afternoon, sneaking from the pool, the waiter and the headmaster showed up from the heroism with a remote of chilled watermelon slices. We only came home with good experiences and rich experiences .Thank you for the work of the director and the kind staff. We will return again next year ??????
