★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A/C does not work. Drain does not work too, so we could not use bath and get a shower. When I asked for other room staff told me thare is no available room. I asked them to cancel my booking and give me money back, so I can find other hotel. After that they found room, but we could use only bathroom, not move to it because that was other category.
Answer to hotel replay:
We did not use your parking, so there is no any sence couse it was free.
Also, is very uncomfortable to use bath in one room and go to other. I really can not understand why you just did not change our reservation and gave us other room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok at first glance, but on closer inspection it was quite shabby (the window pane was cracked). The staff were all very nice and the breakfast was sufficient. Unfortunately we had to wait a little longer for the bill on the day of departure because nothing had been prepared. The area is a little more remote, but public transport can be reached in 15 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, affordable and clean hotel. Big room, comfortable bed, hot water. Staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet (gotta pay 7€/person/day) had a big variety of different foods.
Location-wise, it is a bit far away from the city center, but there is good transportation from there (there are stations and stops for at least two tram lines, three bus lines and a metro line within a walking distance/10 minutes)
PS it is pet friendly, so you can take your furry friend with you ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all the location of the hotel is exceptional. Rooms are somewhat renovated and you require a key card to unlock the door. There are 2 big apartments for 4 people on the last floor. These you can call 'penthouse'. Beds were clean as new and smelled fabulous. There was some light amount of dirt under the sofas but other than that the rooms were top notch and cosy. Refrigerator was ice cold when we arrived. The bathroom requires a bit of renovation as well and more towels to step out of the shower. Nonetheless I can assure that you won't find a single 3 stars hotel this cheap in such a nice location in Budapest. There is also option to serve a nice breakfast at a very low price. Definitely going back to this place in the coming months! Well done Gloria Hotel! Also very nice staff. Le a kalappal!
