★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cute hotel right on the Velence lake shore..really nice view and generally on a very beautiful spot. It has 2 billiard tables and a mini pingpong which is a pretty nice way to spend your afternoon. The pool/jakuzzi area is quite nice and since it's indoors you don't need to worry about the cold! We were there on a small conference weekend and the conference room was spacious and came in very handy for those late nights. The staff is friendly, the rooms clean and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quick getaway!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced, too expensive and seems quite abandoned. Was the only thing we found and it was not too bad but for that money there were better things, we were told 40 euros the night but it was per person. Check out at 10 was too early. There's no private beach, it's close to the lake. Room 23 had air conditioning which was great. The place looks like it's not being managed, a lot of things look broken for a long time. It needs some serious maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very rundown and needs adaptation. Rooms are old-fashioned and they don't have air conditioning, but in some rooms there is a ventilator but that is in every third or fourth room.. There are a lot of spiders and bugs for that reason that the hotel is located near the lake. The hotel is not the cleanest, bathroom tiles are dirty as much as shower curtains are.. closets are full of dust and the carpets in the rooms are not the cleanest.. In the other hand the staff is polite and respectful, but that can't replace the overall impression.
