K	Klaudia Kovács on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy kedves barátom esküvőjén töltöttünk el itt egy estét.A szállás siralmasan lepukkant állapotban volt, viszont a személyzet rendkívüli kedvessége, az ételek finomsága, amit "lélekkel" alkottak meg, példaértékű. We spent an evening at a dear friend's wedding. The accommodation was in a deplorable state, but the extraordinary kindness of the staff and the delicacy of the dishes they created with the "soul" are exemplary.

Kétféle leves, legalább hatféle főfogás, illetve többféle desszert közül lehet választani, amennyi belénk fér. A felnőtt "belépő" 2700, a gyerek 1500, 3 éves kor alatt pedig ingyenes. Ebéd után érdemes egy sétát tenni a Flóra kilátóhoz vagy tenni egy nosztalgiakört a helyi kisvasúttal. When it comes to Sunday buffet lunch, head to the Mediterranean. A személyzet, illetve a vezetőség nagyon kedves, nem lehet tőlük lehetetlent kérni. A hotelhez vezető kis erdei út, kifejezetten tetszett. Anyone who loves a retro atmosphere will feel right here. The price is a friendly, and the restaurant served food plentiful and delicious. The staff and management are very nice, you can not ask the impossible from them. The small forest road leading to the hotel, I really liked it.

A szállóra tény hogy ráférne egy felújítás, de ár-érték arányban teljesen megfelelő, annak aki nem csak egy szálloda megy tölteni a szabad idejét. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Tekintettel, hogy látogatásunkkor mi voltunk az egyetlen félpanziós vendégek így Mama (A szakács, aki úgy főz, mint egy igazai mama és nagyon kedves!) azt főzte amit csak kértünk. Nagyon finom volt minden. Nem mellékesen, a második naptól csak a kedvünkért, a teraszra terítettek nekünk. Minden kívánságunkhoz abszolút simulékonyak voltak. Ezúton is mégegyszer köszönjük. Absolutely positive experience. The fact that the hostel could use a renovation, but the price-performance ratio absolutely satisfactory, not only in who goes to a hotel to spend your leisure time. The staff was very kind and helpful. Since we were the only half-board guests at our visit, Mama (The cook, who cooks like a real mama and very nice!) Cooked what we asked for. Everything was fine. Not by the way, from the second day, we were only laid on our terrace for our pleasure. They were absolutely smooth for all our wishes. We would like to thank you once again.

Pedig kitűnő fekvése (és személyes emlékeim) miatt eddig minden pécsi látogatásom alkalmával felkerestem az éttermet. Food can be called maximum average, serving less than average. Unfortunately, the five stars were reduced to two based on the experience of the last two visits. But due to excellent location (and personal memories) I have visited the restaurant every visit to Pecs.
T	Tomi Czank on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El se jutottunk a szállásig, mivel először, mikor foglalni szerettünk volna, azt a választ kaptuk, hogy a kért időpontra rajtunk kívül más foglalás nem érkezett. Az időpont 2020. 08. 15-től 20ig 5 nap!!! Kértek egy kis időt, hogy jön - e erre az időre foglalás mástól is. 2 héttel később aztán felhivtak minket, elnézést, de telt ház miatt nem tudnak szobát kiadni és örüljünk annak, hogy őszintén elmondták, holott mondhatták volna azt is, hogy karbantartás miatt még zárva lesznek! Ez egy elfogadhatatlan, gusztustalan hozzaallas a részükről. Így 2 hetet buktunk a szálláskeresesen. We did not even get to the accommodation, because for the first time, when we wanted to book, we received the answer that no booking other than ours had been received by the requested time. The time is 5 days from 15/08/2020 to 5 days !!! They asked for some time to see if this time of booking would come from anyone else. Then 2 weeks later we were called, sorry, but they can't rent a room because of a full house and we're glad they said honestly, even though they could have said they would still be closed for maintenance! This is an unacceptable, distasteful attitude on their part. So we fell for 2 weeks looking for accommodation.

Mivel szeretem rögtön a szállásnak adni a pénzt, megkerestem őket 07.20án a foglalással és ajánlatot kértem aug. 15-20ra 2 főre. Nem tudták a foglalást elfogadni, mondván 2 nap csak ketten lennénk, ezért nem tarzanának ott alkalmazottat. Covid lévén megértő voltam, mondtam írjon be és szóljon, ha összejön a minimum létszám. Július 30án már azzal keresték, hogy bocs, telt ház van, nem férünk be. Korábbi foglalás realizálódott, amiről persze korábban szó sem volt. Én sok mindent megértek, főleg az őszinte szavakat. Semmi gond nem lett volna, ha azt mondják, van egy függő telt házunk. Azt hiszem nagyon komoly kommunikációs problémák vannak.
