Meaning there was hair everywhere in the room.
Hair in the sink and bed.
Single room was just whats shown in the photo.
Guests by themselves cannot on/off ac and the heater.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are good and comfortable but dinner was a total embarassment: for instance small water bottles were served after the dessert so all nine people at the table had to eat their food without water while begging for it; wine was awful. Personally I would eat anywhere else.
