★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creepy. Classic style mixed with dead animals in cellar. But no other reasonable options in the town. Noisy rooms; can hear TV from next door room. Restaurant OK. Avoid if you don't like killing animals just for fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My stay was for all intent and purpose, a very good experience with this hotel. While limited in their ability to cater to western custom and style, its about the best hotel you'll find in this small city. Local businesses and shopping well within walking distance. Be prepared to find the local Tesco for currency exchange at its ATM. Most businesses take cash only.
Hotel features most amenities one would expect to find, at times staff has difficulty with foreign visitors and is primarily language barrier only.
All in all, a great experience, and worthwhile hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 star hotel that lives up to its name! The rooms are clean big and comfy! The kitchen is amazing at every dish I have tried so far. The staff are more than helpful, but alot lack grossly in their English speaking skills. Hotel is located close to town center, about a beautiful 5-10 minute walk. If you find yourself in Papa, stay here, there is no need to look elsewhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a foreigner living in Papa, this place will be iconic by the time you leave. Often a place of refuge, and place of hello’s and goodbye’s.
Customer service is awesome... you’ll notice the difference as soon as you start venturing out of Papa and seeing customer service in other places in Hungary ?
Always order the potato chips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel staff is friendly, helpful and curtious. Great rooms and amazing food with authentic Hungarian flavors. Not being able to enjoy the wellness center is a bummer, but great place to stay regardless.
