★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful breakfast/dinner room, nice and clean suites, well kept buildings and gardens. Staff was generally kind and helpful. Food was pretty good too. Honestly it was a pretty solid hotel to stay at and I would recommend it to others going to Eger. My only turn off would be the fact sometimes lights in the hallways and the regular washrooms would turn off after several seconds, or they wouldn't switch on. Also looking at the fine details of the workmanship of the buildings, you can tell it was a rush job. Etc. Poor tile layout, uneven cabinets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've spent two nights with my family and we loved the resort. Room was spacious, bed comfy. There are enough pools for everyone, both outdoors and indoors. Set of saunas, children playground, pool bar and majority of kind staff speaking good English are the great combination for holiday. Half board was richer than we expected and the Valley of beautiful woman is 500m away. On the negative side, the shower head is fixed, and that's weird. Room safe was tricky to operate, and if you wish to park in hotel premises, you'll pay extra. But really that's as much negativity I can recall.
Will come back sometime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was expensive (41600huf/117eur) yet we received no cleaning during the 3 days we spent there and we got charged even for the parking. Food was great, the staff is kind and nice, room was clean, however there is not much of a wellness (1 outside pool, 2 inside + a jakuzzi. Few saunas and an ice chamber, also there are several massage options, length: 25/50min). What is really great there is that it is close to downtown, we put the car down and used it again when we left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was too impersonal. We were there with two grandsons, we stayed there for 3 nights and nobody asked us how we were, how to play with the kids, how were the meals etc. The boys have special diets, they can't eat any milk and any eggs. Ok, it is not too common requirements, and we suffered how to feed them, but we feel we haven't got any help from the hotel, despite we asked them several times. At the checkout we realized that we haven't got any good words from the hotel staff at all. We were there for 3 nights and then we leave, we were only a "source of income" nothing else. We do not recommend this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place, lovely staff and delicious drinks, food for a fine price. Spa is first level with different cabins, saunas, hot tube and swimming pools. Loved it 6years ago and love it this year too. This is our escape place with my fiancè for our anniversary. :) Totally romantic resort in the Valley of Szépasszony Eger. Wineparadise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great wellness retreat for myself and the family. Staff were very friendly and the room was clean. Only issue we had was that the room wasn’t equipped with a kettle to make milk for the kids and there wasn’t one downstairs available. Other than that is was a great stay.
