★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eleinte kedvesek az alkalmazottak, viszont a későbbiekben nem túl ügyfél orientált a szolgáltatás. Közel 4 hónap alatt nem sikerült elintézni a segítségükkel egy Falusi CSOK igénylést, a mai napig semmilyen ügyfél tájékoztatást nem kaptunk, amikor információ kérés érdekében hívom őket, nem veszi fel az ügyintéző a telefont, a visszahívás kérése sem igazán vezet eredményre.
At first the staff is nice, but later on the service is not very customer oriented. In almost 4 months we have not been able to arrange a Village CSOK application with their help, to this day we have not received any customer information when I call them to request information, the clerk does not pick up the phone, the request to call back does not really work.
