★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elvittem a nyomtatómat hozzájuk, zárt rács, 15 perc várakozás után tért vissza a szervizes úr. A nyomtató bekapcsoló gombjával volt problémám, nagy szájhúzások közepette vállalták el, majd az ígért határidő után 2 nappal készült el. Ezzel még megbékéltem volna, de hazahoztam és az első bekapcsolásnál eltört a "megjavított" gomb. Idő- és pénzpazarlás volt hozzájuk menni.
I took my printer to them, closed grid, after 15 minutes of waiting, the service gentleman returned. There was a problem with the power button on the printer, it was taken in the midst of large mouth pulls, and then it was done 2 days after the promised deadline. I would have reconciled with that, but I brought it home and the "fixed" button broke the first time I turned it on. It was a waste of time and money to go to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nyomtatóhoz volt szükségem tintapatronra-, telefonos egyeztetés után mentem is, az üzletben nagyon készséges, segítőkész személyzet fogadott, emlékeztek is rám, gyors,precíz és pontos kiszolgálás volt. a patron minőségi és nagyon szuper, és nem utolsó sorban gazdaságos is :-) kellemes volt abba az üzletbe menni, többször is fogok.
I needed an ink cartridge for the printer, I went after a telephone consultation, the store received very helpful, helpful staff, they also remembered me, it was fast, precise and accurate service. the cartridge is quality and very super, and last but not least economical :-) it was nice to go to that store, i will go several times.
