If you want to work at Unleash, you have to be prepared that you will be treated like a slave. Just a little story: I requested 2 days for “working from home”, as my dog's leg was amputated and I wanted to be with her after the surgery. Taking a day off wouldn't have been fair, as we had so many tasks in that month I would have ended up working from home anyway. I requested this 2 days from the CEO, Marc Coleman, explaining the situation, but I didn't get those days, he said “either take those days off, or come to work, we don't have home office option.” In my first 2 years I wasn't payed for working on weekends (which was compulsory, as we were abroad working on events) and working through national holidays, I was never compensated, and I'm pretty sure no one else was either. They said it's kind of a holiday, or a reward to be there, even though we worked 16-20 hours a day. Almost every time my video crew ended up on working twice as much we agreed on, they were not compensated either. It happened many times that we didn't get dinner abroad, as we had to work all night. In the last year the constant fear of loosing your job poisoned the company's atmosphere. The friendly environment changed to "A man is a wolf to another man," arena. Many times I felt that people I'm working with had no idea what they are doing. These people came from the UK, USA etc..., and claimed to be big shots, huge talents and “know how” professionals. Well they are not. When I was hired, the CEO offered me a good salary if my 3 months probation period ends, unfortunately it was a verbal agreement, after my 3 months I did not get that money, but much less. He “did not remember our agreement.” He has a temper, he screams and shouts with his employees when he is angry. No benefits for Hungarians. They pay a lot to migrants to move to Budapest.
