De a leszedett kamionokra nem kapok vàlaszt.Beszélgetunk a kollégákkal. Állítólag a cégnek fizetni kell a lerakásért. Hogy igaz vagy nem ?? Péntek 15,30-as lerakó. Most hétfő 13,15 van.

Az inkompetens kifejezés logisztikailag, visszafogott rájuk, van rá példa újabban, hogy már az adott napon sem érkezik meg az áru, az időkapuból való kicsúszás pedig a világ legtermészetesebb dolga számukra. Ráadásul a velük szállíttató cégnek ez még többletköltséget is jelent. A panaszkezelés pedig egy nem létező dolog náluk, a következő héten játszi könnyedséggel csináljak ugyanazt, mint eddig, késnek, elérhetetlenek, képtelenek felhívni az esetleg késés miatt. Kritikán aluli, inkompetens cég, ha egy mód van rá, keressenek mást!

De ugyanúgy Nestlé árut raktároznak és szállítanak.

Mióta a Gebrüder átvette a Nestlé raktározását sokkal szarabb lett, sokat kell várni, nincs kész az áru, állandó problémák. Igaz a dolgozók ugyanazok, de egy teljesen új rendszert vezettek be, nem pedig a jól bevált régivel folytatták sajnos. Az áruátvevők és az irodisták normálisak, jó fejek.
2020-tól már érezhető a javulás, elenyésző a csúszás, minden klappol, mint régen. Csak így tovább! :) (ezért +2 csillag) :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 500000 forint értékű termék kiszállítását 30000 forintért végzik,időpont egyeztetés nélkül. Amikor ezt számonkérem a diszpécseren, paraszt módon, vállat rántva közli velem,hogy ők soha nem küldenek értesítést a kiszállítás időpontjáról.
