Kaptam egy ajánlatot, amiben 27.000 Ft-ért le akarták cserélni viccen kívül az egész telefonomat: előlap, főrész, hátlap, aksi, adatkábel. írtam, hogy nekem csak javítsák a szoftvert és nem értem miért kell ehhez pl hátlap és előlap csere. Még ha tényleg meg is hibásodott valami a testben... miért kell lecserélni mindent?! A válasz a következő volt: "A javítás elvégzése után minden esetben a gyártó által meghatározott paramétereknek megfelelően működő készüléket kell biztosítanunk. A készülék hibátlan működését csak ezen alkatrészek cseréjével tudjuk biztosítani." Tehát őket nem érdekli, hogy te mit akarsz... nekik van egy szabályuk arra, hogy mit kell cserélni stb... nagyon fontosnak érzem hozzátenni, hogy egy karc sem volt a hátlapon és az előlapon sem, mert nagyon vigyáztam a telefonra. Úgy javítják ki, ahogy ők akarják. Tulajdonképpen drágábban karták javítani (cserélni minden alkatrészt), mint amennyiért már újonnan kapok egy ilyen tudású telefont. Volt képük egy ilyen ajánlatot küldeni. Nem fogadtam el az ajánlatot. 6500 Ft-ot akartak felszámolni a telefonom vizsgálatáért és a postaköltségért. Ezt sem fogadtam el. Sokadik kérésre végre visszaadták a telefonomat. Ezért kapnak 2 csillagot és nem 1-et. Lehet, hogy érdemesebb független szervízbe vinni a HUAWEI telót, amíg ilyen hozzáállással és szabályok mentén javítják! I sent my phone with a software error. I received an offer in which they wanted to exchange my whole phone for a joke for 27,000 HUF: front panel, main body, back panel, axle, data cable. i wrote to just improve the software for me and i don't understand why this needs to be replaced eg back cover and front cover. Even if something in the body really went wrong ... why replace everything ?! The answer was: "After carrying out the repair, we must always ensure that the device operates in accordance with the parameters specified by the manufacturer. We can only ensure that the device works properly by replacing these parts." So they don’t care what you want ... they have a rule on what needs to be replaced etc ... I feel it’s very important to add that there were no scratches on the back or front because I took great care of the phone. They fix it the way they want it. In fact, it is more expensive to repair (replace all parts) than for a new phone with this knowledge. They had a picture of sending such an offer. I did not accept the offer. They wanted to charge HUF 6,500 for checking my phone and postage. I did not accept that either. On many requests, my phone was finally returned. That’s why they get 2 stars and not 1. It may be better to take the HUAWEI telo to an independent service center until it is repaired with such an attitude and along the rules!
M	Melitta Papp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 4 napja vásárolt honor 8 telefonom véletlenül összetörött, és azt olvastam hogy a honor garanciát vállal kijelzőcserére minden európai modellre a vásárlástól számított 3 hónapon belül. Felkerestem őket, és rendkívül segítőkészek voltak, az e-mailemre is gyorsan válaszoltak. A telefont 3 munkanapon belül kicserélték, új hátlapot, előlapot és keretet is kapott. Több tesztet is futtattak rajta, így szinte egy teljesen új telefont tudhattam a kezeim között. Mindenkinek ajánlani tudom a Huawei céget, és legfőképp azoknak akik Honor 8-at szeretnének vásárolni! 5 Honor I bought 4 days ago my 8 phone accidentally broke and I read that honor guarantees to replace the display on all European models within 3 months of purchase. I visited them and they were extremely helpful, they also responded quickly to my email. The phone was replaced within 3 working days and also received a new back cover, front cover and frame. They ran several tests on it, so I could almost have a brand new phone in my hands. I can recommend Huawei to everyone and especially to those who want to buy Honor 8!
D	Dávid Katona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ez az 1 csillag is sok! 2016 december 15-én adtam le telefont garanciában javítani. P8 Lite a készülék. A kiszervezett hozzá nem értő szervizük tévedésből javítatlanul feladta postára a készüléket mert nem akartam elfogadni az 57000(!) forintos javítási díjat, de utánvéttel fizessek 3000 forintot. A telefon újonnan 50000-tól kapható. Minek után panaszomat fogadták be akarták vizsgálni a telefont, de az a szerviz ,posta, huwei bermuda háromszögben eltűnt a készülék. Engem hívogattak melyik postán adtam le. Mondtam hol, de ott nem találták, ezután amit e-mailben kaptam nyomon követési szám alapján a készülék a lakhelyemhez tartozó nagy postán csücsült, tehát nem ott ahol leadtam postán amely Huawei pont egyben. Tájékoztattam őket erről nagy nehezen előkerült a készülék. Persze ez az egész már rengeteg időt és telefonhívást jelentett eddig is. Újabb hetek hónapok teltek kaptam új árajánlatot mely a tizede volt az előzőnek. Ezt elfogadtam (volt egy repedés a burkolaton melyre nem vonatkozott a garanciális javítás) Ezek után kaptam egy másik készüléket március 1 én, javítás címszó alatt. IMEI szám más, de a dobozom a régi, töltöm régi. A végére hab a tortán, hogy én a készüléket kijelző védő fóliával adtam le de az az újonnan nem volt.. This 1 star is alot! Békéltető testületi papírom van arról ami kimondta hogy az ö saját szervizük nem független és ezért független szakértőnek kell véleményt mondania hiba okáról. Természetesen nem tettek eleget neki. Folyamatosan a gyártó által előírtakra hivatkoznak olyanról hogy Ptk. még véletlenül sem akarnak hallani. Magyarra fordítva menjek bíróságra ha akarok valami és majd 5 év múlva talán igazam lesz. Arról ne is beszéljünk hogy a bírósági eljárás költsége a telefon sokszorosa lenne. Hol van itt a fogyasztóvédelem? Soha többet Huawei telefont. This Huawei is a joke. I have a conciliation board paper stating that their own service is not independent and therefore an independent expert should give an opinion on the cause of the error. Az összes adatom elveszett!Mert képtelenség volt biztonsági mentést csinálni! A gyári visszaállítás se ért semmit! Kár volt meg venni? A bunch of no. r the whole phone !! I had to wait more than 3 months to get a phone back, they couldn't repair the previous one, they had no info about when it can be repaired, they told me nonsense info all the time. Finally they gave me a replacement phone that I was able to swap with a superior one from OnePlus.
