Kettő darabot vettem a lejárt termekbol ami összege 8000 forint körūl volt. Nem tudták biztosìtani hogy ugyan arra a termèkre cserèljèk ki mivel az összes wella illumina le volt jàrva. Két olcsóbb fajfestéket tudtam elhozni amivel nem is lett voltna olyan nagy baj, csak hogy ezek utàn köteleztek a kūlömbözet levàsàrlàsàra. Ilyen esetben amikor a vàsàrlót kàrosítjàk meg a forgalmazó cég nem kérheti ez tölem. Közel félóràs magyaràzkodàs utàn visszakaptam a fenmaradó összeget mivel megtagadtam annak felhasznàlàsàt màs termekre. Irreàlisnak éreztem hogy 2elado és üzletvezető kellett ehhez. Nagyon kellemetlenūl éreztem magam mivel végeredmenybe harcolnom kellett hogy visszakapjam a pénzem és ezek utàn még én kértem elnézést mert nem tudtàk kezelni ez az amúgy nagyon egyszerűen lebonyolítható incidenst. Mondanom sem kell azonnal megtettem a feljelentést a fogyasztó védelem felé!..... Másnapra megnèztem a kicserelt termèket ès cserèbe egy 4èves festèket kaptam. Most nem vagyok biztos benne hogy a kèpen láthatò dátum az a kiállìtás vagy a lejárat dátuma, de teljesen mindegy mert ezeknek a termèkeknek egy èves a felhasználási ideje. Nem káros a felhasználása utánna csak nem lesz eredmènye. De nem baj mert ez is mert a fogyasztò vèdelem felè. Kidobtam 7000 forintot a semmire. Szemèt cèg, hihetetlenül faragatlan ūzletvezetővel. Postolni fogom az összes lètező portálon hogy másokat ne károsìtsanak meg többè!!!! I bought a TWO YEARS of expired wella illumina rooms which is notoriously a very expensive 4000 forint hair dye. I bought two pieces from the expired rooms, which amounted to 8,000 forints. They could not guarantee that they would be replaced with the same products as all the wella illumina had expired. I was able to bring two cheaper species of paints, which would not have been such a problem, only that after that I was obliged to remove the stubble. In this case, when the customer is damaged, the distributor cannot ask me. After explaining for almost half an hour, I got back the remaining amount because I refused to use it for other rooms. I felt unreal that 2elado and a store manager were needed for this. I felt very uncomfortable as I had to fight to get my money back as a result and after that I even apologized for not being able to handle this incident, which could be handled very easily anyway. Needless to say, I immediately filed a complaint with consumer protection! ..... The next day I looked at the replaced products and got a 4 year old paint in exchange. Now, I'm not sure if the date on the picture is the date of issue or expiration, but it doesn't matter because these products have a one-year shelf life. It is not harmful after use it just will not work. But it's okay because it's also about consumer protection. I threw away 7,000 forints for nothing. Garbage company with an incredibly uncarved shop guide. I will post on all existing portals so as not to harm others anymore !!!!
