This place is heaven on Earth. Every square meter of this property, inside and outside was designed, built and decorated with utmost care for quality, balance and aesthetics. Every day I was discovering new details that were confirming the hard work and the attention the owners painstakingly put into every detail, from the design of space and the elements of visual branding to the information sharing, the cleanliness, the quality of the breakfast, the staff working there. For me, the only way in which the vibe of this place could be improved would be if the owners would take the plunge and decide to make this place an adult-friendly propriety (i.e. set a minimum age of 12-14 years for the guests). The world is full of child- friendly places, this oasis of quietness and zen deserves to be enjoyed by those that would appreciate it the most, namely those adults actively searching for where to escape from everyday's hustle and bustle. Thank goodness, there is an increasing demand for adult friendly tourism, and this place would fit the bill perfectly. I am convinced that the number of demands guests would not diminish, only the contrary, it would increase. (The only occasions when I did not enjoy my time there was when a family with a toddler took over the pool and we were exposed each day for hours to the child vacillating between screaming, ah-ing and ooh-ing, laughing and talking, accompanied by the ecstatic parents talking, singing and clapping in awe of the child's discovery adventures. There's nothing wrong with that behavior, but it felt like a waste of the property's extraordinary resources that should rather be used in service of balancing and quieting the mind.) Given the time and the opportunity, I would surely go back.

This place is pure gold! Lovely owners, very helpful. Looking for a relaxing place in the Balaton Area. This is the place you should go for. Awesome Breakfast, everything you need is in walking distance. Wont be my last visit for sure!

Beautiful, clean, well maintained hotel with a pool. Has its own on- premise parking lot, parking is not an issue. Located between the harbor (which has an own small beach) and the large beach. The breakfast is excellent and the owners are super friendly. In the backyard there is a volleyball court. Balatonmáriafürdő is a nice location, with lots of shops, eateries and bars. I recommend this place.
