Online akarják megoldani és ha az ember be megy a székhelyükre nem gondolnak bele, hogy segítség után megy főleg ebben a vírus helyzetben és nem azt a választ szeretné kapni hogy menjen haza és töltse ki ott az űrlapot és jelentkezzen ott.
Telefonban is az elején türelmesek az emberrel aztán elköszönésre sincs idejük.
Lehet, hogy régebben jól végeztek a munkát de a mostani embereket a cég helyébe nem alkalmaznám mert nem teszik a dolgukat!
They don’t pay attention to what one wants to tell them. They blow their own truth and I don’t care about their behavior I climb the wall from them.
They want to solve it online and when a person goes into their headquarters they don’t think about going for help mainly in this viral situation and don’t want the answer they want to go home and fill out the form there and sign up there.
They are patient with the person on the phone in the beginning and then they don't have time to say goodbye.
They may have done a good job in the past but I wouldn’t hire the people of today to replace the company because they don’t do their thing!
