The doctor was horrible. He forgot to mention that they also have a lung x-ray. He hates people a little. He had no nerves about anything. He was annoyed that he had to work. The assistant lady was cute. He referred me to the x-ray, arranged it for me and helped. It was right there.

I have been waiting for an hour for now and no one has been called in for 15 minutes. This confusing crawling system is incomprehensible. As if we were in the Stone Age. Nobody seems to like working.

Their access and call systems are outdated. It is necessary to walk back with the papers and then it will take 3-4 hours before they are called for examination. The other commentators are also right. Without beating cold food and a tent, one rushes down the hallway before being examined. Good luck to everyone.

Arrival 8:15. Entry, queue, data entry, upstairs, queue, payment of 2500.-ft, then up to the office. There is no key to the surgery at 9 p.m. (118) Master people come to open tool box. 15 minutes later, I still have the key. 10:20 they ask for the papers for the cardboard. (I was asked for the first time 2 hours ago ...) There is a crowd in front of the office, a man has only gone in so far in total. There are several doors, one with people entering, a crowd gathering in front of the other. Water and cold food are a must ... They don't give a date (who would be good ...) have to come and wait. The system would be unviable if there were an alternative, a real competitive situation. The quality and design of the cartoning and the computer system does not, to put it mildly, help the work of the people working there, nor does it greatly slow it down and cause unnecessary queuing. There is no assistant in the office and there is administration, it would be plentiful. On paper and on a pc left from the early 2000s, I would be surprised if it weren’t for running Windows xp ... Seating is scarce, everyone is nervous, busy. At 11:20 am with a start number of 16, accompanied by the longing gaze of my comrades, I leave and I can only regret those who have to work here every day or come for testing.

I have a good experience: I called them 3x and they picked up the phone quickly three times, it wasn't the usual "robotic pilot" of phone operators and the like, but you could talk to people right away. In my case, the wait for the test was around 15 to 20 minutes. One of the investigating doctors was a little grumpy, but they were fine anyway.

I call them all day .and either busy or ring and b.will pick up. I'm not joking. Tuti accidentally succeeded for the first time last time. Now all day nothing.
