Jó érzéssel távoztam,csak ajánlani tudom ezt a helyet.??? Today I was giving blood, everyone was very kind and helpful, including the receptionist, the doctor and the nurses. Vagy szüntessék meg az időpontozást, ha már nem jó semmire, vagy akkor CSAK időpontra lehessen jönni. It is completely unnecessary to book an appointment, because there is an order of arrival anyway. It was 80 minutes before I was done. Either cancel the appointment if it is no longer good for anything, or you can ONLY come to an appointment.

R	Róbert Kosik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Első véradóként mentem irányított véradásra! A bejelentkezés, kivizsgálás teljesen rendben ment, utána jött a fekete leves…! Egyrészt úgy kezeltek, mintha rendszeres, rutinos véradó lennék, semmit nem magyaráztak el, hogy pontosan mit csináljak, hogy tartsam a kezem, milyen intenzitással pumpáljak, értem én, hogy péntek délután van, de nem így kellene a véradói hajlandóságot ösztönözni! Ráadásul 0 negatívként még érne is valamit a vérem! 10 perc kínlódás után 220 ml-t hoztunk össze, mert állítólag nem jó a vénám, szerintem szimplán nem jól szúrtak meg… Eddig sosem panaszkodtak, egy-egy labor alkalmával mikor vért vettek tőlem. Úgy gondoltam, adott időközönként fogok vért adni a jövőben is, de a mai nap után ez úgy jött le, hogy ez részükről szívesség. Azt sem értem, hogy 400 ml-nél kevesebb vért miért nem vesznek be, amikor köztudottan nem állunk a helyzet magaslatán vérellátást tekintve, pláne olyan vércsoport esetén, ami mindenkinek adható…? Sajnos nem hozták meg a kedvemet a további véradáshoz, ennek nem így kellene zajlania. Nem körbecsókolgatást kértem, csak pontos tájékoztatást, amivel nem csak a magam, hanem az ő dolgukat is megkönnyítettem volna! Bízom benne, hogy csak én jártam így a mai napon és a jövőben sem lesz ez általános! As the first blood donor, I went for a guided blood donation! The check-in, investigation was completely fine, then came the black soup…! On the one hand, they treated me like I was a regular, routine blood donor, they didn’t explain anything about exactly what I was doing to keep my hand, how intensely I was pumping, I understand it’s Friday afternoon, but that’s not the way to encourage blood donation! Plus, as 0 negatives, my blood would even be worth something! After 10 minutes of torment, we put together 220 ml because my vein was supposedly not good, I think they were simply not pierced well… They had never complained so far when they took blood from me in a lab. I thought I would give blood at certain intervals in the future, but after today it came down as a favor on their part. Nor do I understand why less than 400 ml of blood is not taken in when we are not known to be at the height of the blood supply, especially for a blood type that can be given to everyone…? Unfortunately, I was not encouraged to donate any more blood, this should not be the case. I didn’t ask for a roundabout, just accurate information that would have made it easier not only for myself but for them as well! I am confident that only I have been this way today and it will not be common in the future!

Everybody was nice and helpful they made the donation so easy and fun. For me it was an absolutely pleasant experience, but I believe that they can be tired and impatient when there are many people to serve, that's why there are a few negative reviews.

It's such a big let down that they can't even mention on their website when a translator would be available on site to help. Wasted about 40 minutes coming here, so frustrating. Disorganised website. You should realise by now that there is also a sizeable population of English speaking in Budapest.
