Reaction to their answer: According to their information at the time, the crown had to be replaced every 10 years. If the crown is temporary, if not, I was not informed. The "wobble" did not appear after 5 years but within 1 year. Fillings were reported, but not root canal treatment, although it was urgent and important. I only made an appointment 1 time! After 2018, I did not live in Budapest, so it is understandable that Hungarodental did not become the practice I visited regularly. I find it outrageous that they are able to skew reality in their response.

It didn’t happen yesterday, but now I realized I wasn’t doing well. I started going there a couple of years ago. They were nice, the treatments were in a pleasant environment, under anesthesia, painless. Unfortunately, in the long run, 2 negative problems can also be linked here. I had a root canal that broke in two and I wanted an implant in place. I did get it, but the glue method is not durable. It moves and only the 2 adjacent teeth will hold it in place. Not to mention sticking out of the denture because the hole in the crown was not drilled in the right place. Because of this, I preferred to go to another private dentist. There, I was told that one of my teeth should be pulled out because there is inflammation in the roots (which has been a problem for years) and it wouldn’t make sense to treat the roots because it would also break off after a while. Since I wasn’t sensitive to this tooth at all I didn’t even think there was anything else to do. At the Hungarodental, they didn't say a word that the problem was going to be an X-ray. Now I know I have a screw implant that won’t come off because it’s fixed. My current doctor told me that if I wanted a screw there, I would have to remove the implant along with a small piece of bone that had been drilled unreasonably deep anyway. I'm sure there will be an answer to that, but I should have had the right help then.

I was maximally satisfied with the service of the Hungarental dental office run by dentist László Koronczay. I was not a "simple case" of implantation into a withered bone structure, etc. nevertheless, the end result was beyond my imagination. I recommend to everyone. In detail: 1. Cozy, stress-relieving, soothing environment (pleasant music) 2. Clean, hygienic offices and service rooms. 3. Friendly, attentive (patient first) staff everyone from the receptionist to the dentist. 4. Professionalism, maximalism and humility towards patients. 5. The doctor-patient peer-to-peer partnership has worked exceptionally well in a way that has never been seen before. I feel he has become a good master of my teeth in the person of Dr. Koronczay. If I had been lazy and wore dirty clothes, I don't think you would have asked me to take a full time job during your internship. You know, it would have been good for me if he had just realized he made a mistake and apologized, instead they stood behind you and approached you with a lawyer. They attacked. Right away. So I think my assessment is completely legitimate. In other ways, too, but it’s not personal to me. Dear of you that you were behind it, but it does not compensate me in any way, the money I left with you was all a waste and I have to spend many times on dentistry in the future to repair the damage.
