Megrendeltem félévre egy előfizetést, letelt, majd kaptam egy újabb számlát, holott nem rendeltem semmit. Felhívtam a borítékukon feltüntetett számot, majd a kis ügyintéző két óra múlva vissza is hívott, mire sikerült kiderítenie mi lehet a probléma majd közölte hogy nem olvastam el a kísérőlevelet, ne fizessem be és mikor szót emeltem volna ez ellen, rám vágta a telefont. Hát nem hinném, hogy többször rendelek tőlük bármit is. Azt mondjuk nem tudom hogy a mai világban, ahol alig olvasnak az emberek nyomtatott sajtót, ez a hozzáállás mennyiben fogja hozzásegíteni cége fejlődését, de ő biztosan tudja! Ha információt kérsz ködös válaszokat kapsz, nekik sincs fogalmuk róla pontosan mi történik. Megbízhatatlan, hálátlan, amatőr banda, nem ajánlom senkinek. I was not sent the April issue of the US version. At least they called me when I wanted to cancel my subscription. Delays, mistakes, very poor service. I am sorry for choosing Hungaropress and I will never do it again.

I have tried phoning over the course of several weeks, they don’t answer their phone. I have emailed them 4 times, they do not answer their emails. I don’t recommend them to anyone!
