Well, they ticked all the boxes, it was the combination of:
A friendly and efficient team, who were flexible when things needed to change last minute, who gave us a true personal service from the moment we engaged them to the follow up once we were home, who showed us the best bits and the watch outs in the city and organised a superb weekend where much fun was had by all.
Full recommendation from me, we had a great weekend and it was great value. Thanks ladies, you nailed it.

Fast response time and flexible approach to organize different packages as well, even ones that were not even mentioned on their homepage.
Judit our group's tour guide was knowledgable and also had a great sense of humor which made the entire trip and stag party smooth and memorable.
