★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 fiatal srác volt a pénztárnál ők normális stílusban beszéltek majd jött a motorkerékpár alkatrészekhez egy idősebb eladó bunkó flegma lekezelő volt és kb 10 percet vártam rá mire hátlulról előkeveredett!Pedig az eggyik srác szólt neki 2szer!Soha többet nem megyek oda!Pedig motorfelújítással foglalkozom de ezek után találtam más boltot!
 There were 2 young guys at the checkout they talked in a normal style and then came to the motorcycle parts an older jerk was a phlegm handler and I waited for him for about 10 minutes to get mixed up from behind! And one guy told him twice! after that I found another store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visszapillantó tükröt vettem a mi a kezemben kettétört,vissza vittem kicseréltetni,,amit a "fönök úr" hisztizett amiért kértem a cserét azt már nem íromle,de soha többet nem megyek ilyen fos helyre!

Sajnos előrefizettem, bizalom gyanánt, de olyan dolgokat is megcsináltak kerékpáromon, ami előzetes egyeztetés után még említve sem lett (további súlyos összegeket ráfizetve). Amikor rákérdeztem, a dologra, hogy mégis, hogy gondolták ezt egyeztetés nélkül, csak a flegma vállhúzogatás ment.
I don't recommend them. Unfortunately, I paid in advance as a trust, but they did things on my bike, which was not even mentioned after a preliminary consultation (paying extra heavy amounts). When I asked him, the thing that though they thought it was without negotiation was just the phlegm shrug.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tisztelt Tulajdonos/Üzletvezető. Egy észrevételt szeretnék tenni az üzletmenettel kapcsolatban. Kerékpáromat adtam be javításra. A kollégától kérdeztem, hogy a törött sárvédőt is le tudják-e cserélni. Nem mondott rá semmit, azt mondta párban vannak, de egyet sem mutatott. Gondoltam legyen meg a fő probléma, ez a legkevesebb, majd visszatérünk rá. Pár nap múlva hívtak is, hogy kész a kerékpár. Kérdeztem telefonban, hogy mennyibe kerül. Válasz: 8-9 ezer Ft körül... lesz. Kérdeztem, hogy a hátsó kerék külső is cserélve lett? Válasz, igen, az még 2800 Ft lesz. Mikor bementem, kiderült, hogy már 13 ezer Ft jártunk. Én a matekot még nem így tanultam. Nincs is ezzel gond, biztos sok a munka, csak a vevő így átverve érzi magát. A sárvédő maradt rajta a törött.
Érdemi választ nem kaptam, hogy miért nem kerestek rá valamit, de nem néztünk egyet ezután sem. Fura ez nekem, azt hittem van termék és az eladó esetleg segít. Az árak jók, szakértelem is, de ha ez rendszeres hozzáállás a kiszolgálásban és az árképzésben/közlésben, az nem biztos, hogy szerencsés.

He didn't say anything about it, he said they were in pairs, but he didn't show any. I thought it should be the main problem, this is the least, and then we will return to it. A few days later, they also called to get the bike ready. I asked on the phone how much it cost. Answer: around 8-9 thousand HUF ... will be. I asked if the rear wheel exterior has also been replaced? The answer, yes, will be HUF 2,800. When I went in, it turned out that we were already going for 13 thousand HUF. I haven't learned math like that yet. There is no problem with that, there is definitely a lot of work, only the buyer feels so overwhelmed. The fender was left broken.
I didn’t get a meaningful answer as to why they didn’t look for anything, but we didn’t look at one after that either. Strange to me, I thought I had a product and the seller might help. Prices are good, expertise too, but if it’s a regular attitude in service and pricing / communication, you may not be lucky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Hűse üzlet ujra a régi fényében ragyog! A tulajdonos melto utódja nagyapjának aki még zárás után is kinyitotta az üzletet egy vásárló kedvéért még ha filléres dolgot vásárolt is. Választékos áruk jó árak és megfelelő tudású szakemberekre Hűse Úr is büszke lenne! Külön megemlitenem a szava hihetőséget ami a mi vilagunkban már igen ritka, valamint a Pista szerelőt aki tudásával és becsületességével szintén hozzá járul az üzlet sikeréhez. További jó munkát sok sikert kívánok, hogy Debrecen gyöngyszeme még sokáig hirdesse, Bizhatunk a mai fiatalokban!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Itt vásároltuk nagyon jól megy naponta van használatban. Megvagyok vele elégedve. Azért az 5 csillag. És külön köszönet a Kecskeméti forgalmazónak. De ha baj van ne vigyétek be mert nem jól javitják meg. Vagy máshoz nyulnak.
We bought here very well it goes daily in use. I'm happy with him. However, the 5 stars. And special thanks to the Kecskemét distributor. But if there’s a problem, don’t bring it in because it won’t fix it well. Or they reach for something else.
