Először, szeretném megkérdezni, ha már egyszer "1"-el értékelte éttermünket, akkor miért "jártak" ide. Másodszor, Önre és társaságára tisztán emlékszem, véleményünk szerint azért értékelte éttermünket "1"-el, mert az utolsó alkalommal megkértük Önt, és az Ön társaságában lévő két fial embert, akik már Önnel együtt, nem voltak "szomjasak", hogy viselkedjenek, mert zavarják a többi vendégeinket. Harmadszor, panziónkat pedig azért nem tudja értékelni, mert hármójuknak (Önnek és a két fiatal embernek) nem adtuk ki a két személyes szobát. Tisztelt Tulajdonos! Nem tudom kivel kever minket össze, egyetlen egyszer jártunk az étteremben, egyikünk sem fogyasztott alkoholt és két fiatalember sem volt velünk. A szüleimmel és a kisöcsémmel jártunk Önöknél. Szállást pedig nem is állt szándékunkban foglalni, csupán vacsorázni mentünk. Az értékelésem amiatt 1 csillag, mert a rendelt "aszalt szilvával töltött hús baconbe tekerve" nyers volt. Le is fényképeztem. Széttekerve a tekercset látszódott, hogy rózsaszín színű, nem átsült a hús. Az öcsém ugyan ezt rendelte, az övé ugyan ilyen volt. A mellé tálalt vegyes köretből pedig a rizs már ki volt száradva, kemény volt, mint amikor a másnapos, hűtőben kiszáradt rizst megmikrózzák. Úgyhogy előre is elfogadom bocsánatkérését a vádaskodásaiért, mivel nem mi voltunk a vendégek, akikre Ön gondolt (...) History: I can't appreciate part of the boarding house, we were just having dinner in the restaurant section. Response from the owner: Dear Noémi! First, I’d like to ask if you’ve ever rated our restaurant “1,” why they “went” here. Secondly, I remember you and your company clearly, in our opinion, you rated our restaurant with a "1" because the last time we asked you and the two sons in your company who were already with you were not "thirsty" to behave because they disturb our other guests. Third, you can’t appreciate our boarding house because we didn’t give the three of you (you and the two young people) two rooms. Dear Owner! I don’t know who to mix us up with, we only visited the restaurant once, neither of us drank alcohol and there were no two young men with us. We visited you with my parents and my little brother. We didn't even intend to book accommodation, we just went to dinner. My rating is 1 star because the "meat stuffed with prunes wrapped in bacon" I ordered was raw. I even took pictures. Unwrapped, the roll appeared to be pink, with no flesh. My brother ordered this, it was his. And from the mixed garnish served next to it, the rice was already dried out, as hard as when the hanging rice, which had dried in the fridge, was microwaved. So I accept your apology in advance for your accusations, because we weren't the guests you were thinking of (...)

G	G GS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a booking.com CONFIRMED booking with this place, and when I arrived they said they are full, no room for me, and they even saw that I had a confirmed booking. I have never had this happen with booking.com...AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!
