They almost kicked me out at 9 am because they open at 9, then had to wait several minutes, and then made me to go to a different window. 0.7 percent commission is a rip-off, and they couldn't exchange for the total amount I asked for. Was in a rush, that's the only reason did business with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good rate of exchange, however beware of staff. Always count your money in front of them and make sure they do not put it out of sight. I gave £180 which I had counted twice, however, after the girl put the notes behind the desk i was told that I only gave £160...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went on the 16th of March to ask a couple of questions because we wanted to exchange some money (obviously) and I read online that ibla change has good prices. The lady working there was extremely impolite and didn't want to help us at all. When I asked her about a specifc amount of Euro, how much it would be if we exchanged it at their shop,she told me while waving her hands "behind you there are the prices ,do it yourself". There are other exchange desks with more helpful and polite cashiers near the Basilika of Saint Stephen.
Such attitude is unacceptable for people who mainly work with tourists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I exchanged money here a while ago and they had a good rate back then compared to the ones around Deak Ferenc ter. If you can afford to go further go but around here this is the most reasonable one. I haven’t noticed they were rude but I speak Hungarian so probably that’s why.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really good experience with the clerk, I'm surprised to see the other reviews (or maybe I was assisted by a different person). It was the fifth exchange shop I visited in the surroundings and they were the only ones having enough Danish Krones.
