★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Télnek idején mínusz 2 fokban, 10 percet váratott kint az ajtó előtt! Többször kopoktam, még telefonáltam is, az ajtó zárva maradt! Mire egyszer csak oda fáradt a hölgy az ajtó hoz és még ő feljebb "hallottam hogy kopogott" tessék még várni egy picit. Mondom menyyi az a pici, még egyszer 10 percet? Erre a hölgy " ige lehet"!! Erre én, akkor megyek máshova, erre a hölgy "akkor mennyen"! Így illik ez, ez a profi ügyfél kezelés!
