★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was prompt! Although it was difficult because of the season(winter) they managed to get us what we wanted. Everything was clear as far as the prices are concerned. Very kind and helpful. We absolutely recommend and certainly go back if ever again in Budapest!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience. We were there at opening time, the guy wasn' there and the lady next store called him and told us to wait 20 mins. He arrived 40 mins later and wasn't able to fix the bikes so he apologized saying he couln't give us the bike. We stayed there more than an hour and no bikes in the end and he was very unpolite. Zed bikes 5 minutes away had a perfect service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a great find! Affordable, centrally located, easy. A perfect way to explore the city - on the weekends the causeway along the river on the Pest side is closed to cars, which makes for a gorgeous bicycle ride up to and around Margaret Island. Equally amazing is the shop’s
young entrepreneur owner. We noticed the goulash he was about to heat up for lunch, and he insisted that we try it! A good human and another one of the many gems that make Budapest so special!
