Az ismert Finta Stúdió által tervezett, és 2003-ban felépült Vasas Jégcentrum, Középkelet-Európában egyedülálló sportlétesítmény. A körgyűrű bővítésével, és az új híd átadásával rendkívül könnyen megközelíthető. Az épület körül több száz m2 füvesített terület, és elegendő parkoló áll rendelkezésre. Két, nemzetközi szabványméret-nek megfelelő (1800m2) jégpályával rendelkezik, melyek télen-nyáron várják a sportolni vágyókat.
Koncertek, vállalati rendezvények megtartására kiválóan alkalmas helyszín.
Egy speciális termo borítással fedve a pálya még további 1000-1500 fő befogadására képes. Az edzőpálya szintén 1800 m2, hosszanti emeleti lelátóval ellátott terem.

Balett terem: 35 m2, parkettázott, fali tükörborítással ellátott terem.
Sportpálya: rekortán borítású, reflektorokkal felszerelt sportpálya
Lőpad: jégkorong kapura lövés gyakorlására kialakított, parkettázott terület.
Sportszőnyeg: kb. 50 m2, speciálisan sportolásra kialakított rugalmas szőnyeg

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High quality ice in any season. Never crowded. Easy to reach, easy to park, entrance fee is reasonable. Usual services, like eating and drinking possibilities are available and also has a skate blade sharpening service.

Friendly staff.
You get to watch to pro skaters in action on the bigger rink while sipping your tea or coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here for an event other than hockey. The place is huge, it was good to see the inside of what should've been a hockey ice pitch. The experience was pleasant and I might come back once for a real hockey match. The only bad thing is that it was cold inside, but after all it's the Ice Palace so yeah.
