T	Tamás Uracs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klassz butorok, kelloen nagy & vilagos uzlet. A szolgaltatas amit nyujtanak szinten rendben: kerestek a kapcsolatot ott az uzletben is, majd emailben is. Ugy erzem a termekek (mint hazankban sok helyen) tularazottak. Classy furniture, big enough & bright business. The service they provide at the level is okay: they searched for contact there at the business and then via email. The same is the case (as in many places in my country), the rooms are blazing.
P	Peter Meszaros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8 hetet vartunk egy asztalra,majd délutáni átvétel után másnap reggel feleségem jelezte a bolt felé hogy hibás az áru.Átirányítottak a "szervízükbe".Küldtem képet melyen jól látszódik hogy valószínű tárolásnál nedvességet kaphatott az asztallap és fel van púposodva.Több hét után közölték a gyártó nem vállal garanciát mert összeszereltük az asztalt,azaz rátekertük a lábat a lapra?nyilván emiatt púposodott fel az asztallap széle....De!!! A következő vásárlásunkból kapunk 10% kedvezményt.... We took 8 weeks on a table, and after picking up the afternoon the next morning, my wife reported to the store that the item was defective. manufacturer does not warrant because we assembled the table, that is, we wrapped the leg on the sheet?, apparently this is why the edge of the table tops…. The following vásárlásunkból obtained a 10% discount ....
A	Anita Zvezdovics on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Házhozszállítással vásároltunk bútort. Kihozták és nem voltak hajlandóak 15 lépcsőfokot felvinni az olyan nehéz komódot, amit nőként megmozdítani sem bírok. Kértem őket, hogy plusz pénzért, vagy borravalóért cserébe (az amúgy is magas szállítási díjon felül - 20 5000 Ft 6 km-re) vigyék fel a lépcsőn, teljesen elutasítóak voltak, 0 segítőkészség. Nem ajánlom, hogy egy vázánál nagyobb darabot vásároljanak náluk, mert ugyanígy járhatnak. We bought furniture with home delivery. They brought me out and refused to take up 15 steps of a heavy dresser that I, as a woman, can’t even move. I asked them to take me up the stairs in exchange for extra money or a tip (in addition to the already high transport fee - 20,000 HUF for 6 km), they were completely dismissive, 0 helpfulness. I don’t recommend buying a piece larger than a vase from them because they can go the same way.
A	András Gojdar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vásároltam 130,000 forintért egy hibás dohányzó asztalt.(3 sérülés 2 elemen) Kompenzáció semmi, megbeszéltem a kollégával, hogy a 40 kilós asztalt vigyem vissza saját költségre. Elindultam az asztallal és 3 órával később amikor már az üzletnèl voltam hívtak, hogy mégsem tudják kicserélni ma jöjjek vissza máskor a héten. Ráment a fél napom, bocsánat kérés , kompenzáció semmi. SENKINEK NEM AJNALOM ITT A VÁSÁRLÁST. Véleményem szerint felső kategória alja árakon árusítanak középkategóriás termékeket alsó kategóriás ügyfélszolgálattal. I bought a faulty smoking table for 130,000 forints (3 injuries on 2 items) No compensation, I arranged with my colleague to return the 40-pound table at my own expense. I set off at the table and 3 hours later when I was at the store I was called so they still couldn’t come back today at another time this week. It took me half a day, I apologize, nothing compensation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE. In my opinion, they sell mid-range products at lower-end prices with lower-end customer service.
N	Nikoletta Plett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az üzletbe belépve két fiatalt láttunk egy számítógép mögé bújva, akik bár halkan köszöntek, de semmilyen ráutaló magatartást nem tanusítottak, hogy segítenének nekünk.Kb. 10 percet bolyongtunk az üzletben és nézegettük a kanapékat, de senki még csak meg sem kérdezte mi járatban vagyunk, pedig még egy másik alkalmazottba is belebotlottunk nézelődésünk során.Az üzletben rajtunk kívül senki nem tartózkodott, sőt az egész üzletházban egy kezemen meg tudom számolni mennyi vásárló lehetett.Remélem más vásárló szerencsésebb lesz és megkérdezik mi járatban, de a mai tapasztalat után egyáltalán nem ajánlom semmilyen ismerősömnek az Önök üzletét. A válaszukra reagálva: Hát erre egyáltalán nem számítottam. Ahelyett, hogy elnézést kérnének és a krikát építő jelleggel kezelnék, még engem vádolnak hazugsággal és személyeskednek is. We wandered around the store for 10 minutes and looked at the couches, but no one even asked us we were on the flight, even though we stumbled upon another employee while we were watching. I hope another buyer will be luckier and they will ask what flight, but after today's experience, I would not recommend your business to any of my friends at all. In response to their response: Well, I didn't expect that at all. Instead of apologizing and treating the cricket in a constructive way, I am even accused of lying and personalizing.

M	Marco Grossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice pieces of fournitures but extremely high priced. The staff is not so prepared and welcome, so be patient. Be careful about the warehouse business hours: if it's closed (on Saturdays... How come???) your only option is to buy what you can get from the front store. Crazy!
