★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of different goods are missing. Some of them since a long time. Other than that, the shop is always uncomfortably overcrowded. There is a need for another 5-6 Ikea stores in Hungary and there is a need to fix the broken Ikea supply chains urgently!

It is mostly a furniture and home decoration superstore, where ypu can get lost for hours, looking at ready made rooms and offices, getting the best deals on whatever you need. There is a large selection in everything. From the most luxurious to the cheapest ever, and the best thing is: everything is of great quality!

We enjoyed buying our kitchen furniture here and our complete bedroom furniture as well. As well as our mattress, we like hard and our new one is wonderful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like IKEA products but ordering online from their website was a very bad experience!! I ordered all the furniture for my living room and bedroom and chose Sunday for delivery day as it was the only possible day I could receive it. Staff told me several times if I choose Sunday for delivery it would definitely be on Sunday, don’t worry. The confirmation email stated it would be on Sunday too. However ikea gave some of the packages to a delivery company that does NOT deliver on Sunday!!! It gave me a lot of headaches and caused me a great deal of trouble. Staff was unhelpful, treated me with contempt and made me feel like a troublesome customer. I spent a large amount of money in their online shop and that’s not what I expected. They didn’t even offer any kind of compensation for all the troubles they caused me. Very disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ohhhh nice location, at 11AM not crowded at all. Nice people, helpful staff. Overall good experience. Not all staff speaks german or english and if you do not know hungarian is a little bit hard to get around. All guidance is in hungarian..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to get ideas and household items. I regularly get their Ziploc bags. This time they had a variety of nice-looking artificial flowers. I also love to get a coffee at the dining area but weekends are very busy.
