Emailben jeleztem a problémáimat, de nem kaptam azóta sem választ. Úgy gondolom rendelési értéktől függetlenül is illene válaszolni az ilyen jellegű megkeresésekre is, de az, hogy 50 ezer Ft-os rendelést ilyen félvállról vegyenek, nonszensz.
I placed my order in March, but I didn’t get a product of the color I ordered (dark brown instead of cognac). The special white tendon protector was clean of scratches and dirt. I reported my problems via email, but I haven’t received a response since. I think it would be appropriate to answer such inquiries regardless of the order value, but it is nonsense to take an order of HUF 50,000 from such a shoulder.
