★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Office dirty and cold . They keep the windows open when it s -10 outside because we smell ( figure that ) and when you finally get inside they are condescending and patronize you . No respect at all . That was my experience with them and I’ve been there 4 times. 1 star is too much .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Says there is missing document for my mum after 1 month of getting approved for residence permit which wasn't missing and they kept saying no. Found on their system and changed their word that the purpose of stay is not good and should be re written with 1 day deadline
1 star is too generous for this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst immigration office one can step foot in . I chose one star because there is no option of -10 stars , their work is very unprofessional and no one seems to know what they are doing .
I had to go there back and forth 7 times and every time it's either “missing document” or “we are waiting for the case officer to sign your case” . And unless he receives a million cases daily such matter should not take more than 1 month!!!
Now because of their unprofessional work I might have to apply for temporary residence permit .
This immigration office has to change because this has been a very unpleasant experience for me and I can imagine the frustration of other people too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was friendly, maybe because I had a Hungarian speaker with me to assist. Bit difficult to find the place with no signs that I could see - (go through the parking lot then turn right and right again and up a small set of stairs).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. You take appointment at 1 pm and others take the number from screen goes before than you. And now it is 2 pm. Then what is the point of giving appointment online? Just say that come and get number from screen.
