Maga a cég picit lehetne rugalmasabb apró dolgokban kicsit kötik az ebet a karohoz:) For a year they have fairs at them, I really like the staff, helpful. A 10 szendvicsnek ajánlott dobozba 3 sem fér bele, de megbontott csomagolással már nem cserélik ki nagyobbra. Rossz színnel kinyomott és félrestancolt dobozokat szállítottak le, reklamációkor pedig hónapok alatt sikerült elérnünk, hogy egy korrektnek nem nevezhető 5%-os kedvezményt felajánlottak (azért nem éreztük korrektnek a felajánlás mértékét, mert nyilván nem a dobozok 5%-a volt minőségileg kifogásolható). Igazából nem is azt éreztük problémásnak, hogy néha napján becsúszik egy-egy rontott gyártás, hanem azt, hogy a minőségellenőrzésükön ez átmegy, valamint, hogy ilyenkor magára hagyják a megrendelőt a felmerülő problémával, és képtelenek korrektül és gyorsan kezelni a helyzetet. Ez konkrétan több százezer forint pénzkidobás volt a vállalkozásunk számára. Unfortunately, we do not have good experience with the manufacturer.
