Megrendeltem egy terméket, nem szóltak, hogy nincs raktáron, betelefonálva azt az infót kaptam, hogy február 10-én érkezik be a termék. Nem jött a csomag később sem. Írtam emailt. Nem kaptam választ. Nincs gond azzal, ha egy terméket nem lehet beszerezni. De 5 hét várakozás után azért értesíteni kellene erről az érdeklődőt, mert már rég megrendelhettem volna máshonnan. Válasz: Továbbra sem életbevágó számomra, csupán érdemes értesíteni az érdeklődőt, ha valami nem úgy alakul, ahogy ígértük. Nem azt az információt kaptam, hogy bizonytalan a beérkezése, hanem azt, hogy Február 10-én érkezik Önökhöz. Nem tudom, hogy szándékosan nem mondanak igazat, vagy csak félrement valami infó... Telefonon értesíteni pedig úgy gondolom, hogy nem akkor kellene, amikor már fent van a negatív értékelés, hanem azon a héten, amikorra ígérve volt a termék. Negative evaluations are not accidental.
