★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weboldalon rendeltem volna, de az automatikus levél mellett elfelejtettek e-mailt küldeni, utalási adatokkal, szállítási infoval stb, írtam emailt semmi reakció, felhívtam / felvették ez pozitiv, illetve a csaj is normális volt/ akkor mondta hogy egyébként nem is lehet tudni mikor lesz ez az eszköz (porszívó) az email meg sajnos elmaradt. Summa summarum: amatőrök. Nem 1999 van, hanem 2021!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az Alleeban található üzletben szerettem volna ventillátort vásárolni, elhoztam volna a kiállítási darabot is. Oké így is történt, majd amikor észrevettem, hogy hiányoznak róla dolgok jeleztem az eladó felé, aki azt mondta lehet tud rá adni kedvezményt. Ott szobroztam 10 percet mire visszajött és közölte hogy ezt már a kolléganője megvette(?????) mikor mi már mindent papírt kitöltöttünk. Azt hittem a vásárló az első….:) ez volt az első és utolsó hogy BestByteba tértem be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Röviden a sztori: olcsó hangprojektort szerettem volna venni (30 ezer Ft környékén), és az Allee-ban lévő üzletben az eladó minősíthetetlen stílusban elkezdett les*arozni mindent, ami nem 100 ezer Ft felett volt. Pedig a 30 ezres határról már felmentem 60 ezerig, de egyre csak hajtotta, hogy "ennyi pénzért nem kap semmit". Tisztában vagyok vele - és ez jeleztem is neki- hogy ebben a kategóriában nem lehet csodát várni, azonban annyira lehangoló és ellenszenves volt az illető, hogy inkább ott is hagytam az üzletet. Más üzletben biztos jobban örülnek majd a "semmit sem érő" 30-60 ezer Ft-nak.
In short, the story: I wanted to buy a cheap sound projector (around 30 thousand HUF), and in the shop in Allee the seller started to look down on everything that was not over 100 thousand HUF in an unqualified style. I will never order from them again. In today's world, a week is not enough for a product to be shipped from Budapest to Budapest. The customer service, completely unnecessary, they can't even tell when they hand it over to the courier or where they go at all ...
