b	birgit neumann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War mehrmals dort, da es beim ersten Mal ok war, bis auf die minimalistischen Kochutensilien und dem gelegentlichen Werkstattlärm. Beim ersten Mal war die Nachbarwohnung unbewohnt, weshalb die extreme Hellhörigkeit durch die fehlende Schallisolierung nicht auffiel. Als ich ein paar Monate später. im Sommer, wieder kam, war das untere Appartement von einer sehr lauten und permanent lärmenden - Tag und Nacht!!! - Dauermieterin bereits bewohnt. Mehrfache Hinweise diesbezgl. an die Vermieterin verliefen ohne die geringste Veränderung oder gar Verbesserung. Der gelegentliche Werkstattlärm hatte sich in täglichen stundenlangen Dauerlärm verwandelt.... Was there several times as it was ok the first time, except for the minimalist cooking utensils and the occasional workshop noise. The first time the neighboring apartment was unoccupied, the extreme clairaudience due to the lack of sound insulation was not noticeable. When I got a few months later. in the summer, came back, the lower apartment was from a very loud and constantly noisy - day and night! - Long-term tenant already occupied. Multiple references in this regard. to the landlady went without the slightest change or even improvement. The occasional workshop noise had turned into continuous daily noise ...
