Budapestről, Kecskemétre nem tudják kihozni a csomagot csak 3 nap késéssel. Gyalog ha elmegyek érte, gyorsabban megjárom. Telefonon elérhetetlen a cég.
Több szerződött partnerüktől is kitették őket mert nem megbízható csomagszállítók. Az ilyen cég tényleg jobb lenne ha nem lenne a piacon.
 I would give zero stars if possible.
They cannot deliver the package from Budapest to Kecskemét with a delay of only 3 days. On foot, if I go for it, I will walk faster. The company is out of reach by phone.
They have also been exposed from several contracted partners because they are unreliable parcel carriers. Such a company would really be better off if it were not in the market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felháborítóan pofátlan cég. A csomag kiszállítása három napja késik. A GOOGLE-ban megadott ügyfélszolgálati 3 telefonszám közül egyiket sem veszik fel. Ahonnan a terméket megrendeltem, ott sem tudják elérni őket.
Ez a cég értékelhetetlen.
Outrageously cheeky company. The package is delayed for three days. None of the 3 customer service numbers provided in GOOGLE will be added. They can't reach them from where I ordered the product.
This company is invaluable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cég várt egy csomagot, amit ezzel a futárszolgálattal adtak fel sajnos. Telefonon elérhetetlenek, e-mailre nem válaszolnak. Kedden kellett volna megérkeznie a csomagnak és minden nap más szöveggel etetnek. Ha van rá mód, ne válasszátok őket.
Company was waiting for a package that was unfortunately delivered with this courier service. They are unreachable by phone and do not respond to emails. The package should have arrived on Tuesday and be fed a different text every day. If you can, don't pick them up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IVR telefonos menüben az 1-es gomb megnyomása esetén sem történik semmi, holott az hagyná jóvá a hangrögzítést és kapcsolná a kezelőt. (Ráadásul érthetetlenül visszhangos a felvett női hang, a menü első része).
Nothing happens in the IVR phone menu even if you press the 1 key, even though it would confirm the voice recording and switch on the keypad. (Plus, the recorded female voice, the first part of the menu, is incomprehensibly echoed).

És persze az ígért csomagot nem hozták, nem jelezték a problémát.
Megbízhatatlan, hitvány cég!
Senkinek nem ajánlom!!!
Unacceptable to have a courier company 40! cannot be reached even after a minute.
And of course the promised package was not brought, they did not indicate a problem.
Unreliable, lousy company!
I do not recommend it to anyone !!!
