Kb. 35 évvel ezelőtt kaptak a fiaim a keresztapjuktól, Németországból ilyen pályát, és autókat. Az idő vas foga azonban megtette a magáét, most már elég rozoga ez a régi pálya, az autók is lelassultak, a pótmotorok elfárad6tak. Azóta próbáltam keresni, hogy hol lehet pótelemet, motort venni nem találtam. Most a legnagyobb unokám megtalálta Önöket s a 10. szülinapjára ez az ajándékom. Nagyon örülök, hogy megtaláltam Önöket! Más webshopok tanulhatnának tőlük, eddigi tapasztalataim alapján máshol saját költségemre kellett volna a terméket visszaküldeni, majd egy hét múlva talán elküldtek volna egy új terméket, a bevizsgálást követően. I ordered a gift from them but the product was defective, they responded to my email surprisingly quickly and the courier was sent within two business days with the replacement product, which works great. Other webshops could learn from them, based on my experience so far, I would have had to return the product elsewhere at my own expense, and then in a week, maybe they would have sent a new product after testing.
