E-mailen panaszt tettem, mire hamarosan egy Úr (azt gondolom, hogy maga a cég tulaja, vagy annak jobbkeze) jelentkezett telefonon és felajánlotta, hogy kijön, megnézi, hátha a helyszínen javítható, ha a hiba jellege ezt megengedi. A megbeszéltek szerint pontosan érkezett, és kb. 5 perc alatt elhárította hibát, miután kiderült, hogy én kötöttem be rosszul valamit. Ráadásul a kiszállásért NEM fogadott el egy fillért sem. Szerintem ilyen a világon nincs. Nem hogy nem lett volna kötelessége kijönni (hiszen ő nem szerelő, hanem egy kereskedő), de az én bénázásom tényét is kedvesen és megértően fogadta, és segített megoldani a problémát. Ezek után azt gondolom, ennél a cégnél az „első a vevő” elv nem csak szlogen, hanem maga a valóság. Probléma megoldásból, a vevő iránti kedvességből csillagos ötös! I don't think there is one in the world. Not that he wouldn’t have had a duty to come out (since he’s not a mechanic, but a dealer), but he also kindly and understandingly accepted the fact of my paralysis and helped solve the problem. After that, I think the “buyer first” principle at this company is not just a slogan, but the reality itself. Star rating of five for problem solving, kindness to the buyer!
