What I bought was just a “fee requester” about it, who said who used to be billed isn’t here, but they’ll call and we’ll do it. of course they have been calling ever since ... UPDATE: Shortly after writing my opinion, the invoice arrived in the mail ... An even bigger problem is that I looked at a thing or two in the store, inquired about its price. Whoever served shook down that he can not price, then his colleague will call. Well, they weren't looking for that either. I even wrote them an email 4x about this, to which I never received a reply ... I don't know where they learned the trade, but I cautioned everyone to shop with them.

Undoubtedly there is a large selection, mostly good prices, but there are also problems. I haven’t tried the price guarantee advertised in capital letters, but I’ve already experienced one when they haven’t even guaranteed their own prices. I ordered and paid for a batch of RAM on the web (it was cheap but not an obvious spelling), after which I was called “there is a problem”, the price was given incorrectly. They don’t apologize or anything like that, but everyone can make mistakes, so they don’t give away for that. Okay, then the money will be refunded, for this I sent the account number, but for several days neither reply nor transfer came. I ended up buying the amount (it was just a lucky coincidence that I found something; I don’t know how long the case would have been dragged on). I should have suspected even then, but later naively I even ordered a batch of servers that are advertised with a 36 month warranty. Since I asked for a modified configuration (different CPU, more RAM), for sure, I asked by phone if the 3 year warranty still works. The answer was yes. I received the warranty card, it had a 2-year warranty on empty machines, and everything else was listed separately, including CPUs, RAM, and raid controllers, with a 1-year warranty. I asked for the fix in the mail, nothing for days, after that I called, which eventually fixed the two years of the base machines to three, but everything else remained that one year. Again, I wrote an email to which I had no reaction for a week, so I’ll continue here now to see if it’s more effective. There’s even a coincidence: the one I talked to about the company is called exactly the one who Google says has written the most relevant opinion here. I wonder how relevant what I am writing now will be :) So far, I have spent more than HUF 2 million net here (as a company, of course); this is accompanied by this service. But we can also look at the good side: maybe everyone gets it, they don’t differentiate between smaller and larger items among customers ...
