Garanciális ügyintézés könnyedén zajlott. Minden tekintetben többet és jobban nyújtottak, mint amit valaha is reméltem volna. Ritka az ilyen és nagyon megbecsülöm!

Drága gép (nekem) futárra nem mertem bízni, nélkülözni se tudtam nagyon, a gép sajátossága a nem egyszerű billentyűzet csere, meg készleten sem nagyon tart senki, mindenhol több napos vagy hetes időtartamra ígérték a cserét. Puszta véletlen folytán találtam rájuk, nem is akartam felhívni őket, de hála égnek mégis felhívtam, innentől a notim sorsa végre sínre került, elmondtam a nem egyszerű elvárásaimat (fentebb), mondták hogy másnap reggel nyitásra vigyem be van készleten, és akkor aznap kész délután kettőre. Bevittem nyitásra, délben hívtak hogy kész, mehetek érte. Nagy köszönet nekik Jó árban csinálták, gyorsan és jó végeredménnyel, és sehol egy karc a gépen. Kiemelten ajánlom főleg ha nem akarod akárkire bízni a gépedet! Kedves, profi, rugalmas, segítőkész csapat!!!! Pacsi nektek követendő példák vagytok!!! For a year, I couldn’t decide the fate of my laptop keyboard, should I sell the machine or replace the keyboard? I did not dare to trust an expensive machine (for me) courier, I could not do without it, the special feature of the machine is the simple replacement of the keyboard, and no one is very stocked, everywhere they promised to replace it for several days or weeks. I found them by chance, I didn't want to call them, but thank you, I called them from now on, my notim was finally on track, I told you my simple expectations (above), for two. I brought it in for opening, they called me at noon to be ready, I could go for it. Many thanks to them for doing it at a good price, fast and with good results, and nowhere near a scratch on the machine.
