★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felhívtam a céget hogy boros palackot szeretnék vásárolni érdeklődtem hogy van-e elég hogy elmenjek érte Végülis majdnem 120 km-t kell autóznom miatt majd a hölgy azt mondta van egy egész raklap egy sor hiányzik másnap reggel odaértem két sor üveg volt a raklapon majdnem dupla annyiba került az üveg mint amennyibe amúgy kerül.Majd még ki is jelentette a hogy ez még most így drágább is lesz mivel kevés a mennyiség.
Hazahoztam az üveget elkeztünk palackozni kiderült hogy rövidebb az üveg 3 cm-rel mint amit előzőleg vettem ugyan ettől a cégtől pár hónappal ezelőtt. Így igazából ebbe a formába nem is tudjuk használni az üveget mert a dugózom be letöri az összes dugót a palackba nem tudom annyira rövidre állítani a dugózót.Majd mikor jeleztem feléjük a problémát mondta az úriember hogy ez az egész az én hibám...Köszönjük a rugalmas hozzáállást többet nem vásárolunk tőlük.
I called the company to buy a bottle of wine I was wondering if there was enough to go for it After all I have to drive almost 120 km because then the lady said I have a whole pallet a row missing the next morning I got there two rows of bottles were on the pallet almost double as much the glass cost more than it costs anyway. Then it even stated that it will be even more expensive now because of the small amount.
I brought the bottle home and we started bottling it turned out that the bottle is 3 cm shorter than what I had previously bought from the same company a few months ago. So we can't really use the bottle in this shape because my stopper breaks all the stoppers into the bottle. I can't put the stopper so short. Then when I signaled the problem to them, the gentleman said it was all my fault ... Thank you for flexible attitude we no longer buy from them.
