★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az előző évek tapasztalatai alapján idén is hívtuk a céget, és elégedettek voltunk. De az idén végzett szolgáltatás színvonala NULLA. Nem lehet elérni telefonon a őket, és nem is hívnak vissza. Arra a hibára, hogy folyik a víz az általuk szerelt klímából! 2 héttel későbbre adtak időpontot.
Based on the experience of previous years, this year too we called the company, and we were satisfied. But the quality of service this year is ZERO. You can not reach them by phone and did not even call me back. To the error that water flows they mounted microclimate! 2 weeks later they were given an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A helyszíni felmérés után megígérték hogy küldik az ajánlatot a klíma javítására. Sajnos nem jelentkeztek. Telefont nem vették, emailra nem válaszoltak. Gondoltam nem hagyom ennyiben és kitartóan hívogattam őket. így két hét után végre válaszoltak, hogy a klíma javíthatatlan, ajánlják hogy vegyek újat 280.000 forinttért. Más megoldást választottam, de nem őket. Szerencsére a klíma javítható volt, 36.000 forintból tökéletesen működik.
After the on-site survey, they promised to send an offer to improve the climate. Unfortunately, they did not apply. No phone was taken, no email was answered. I thought I wouldn’t let go of that and I persistently called them. so after two weeks they finally answered that the climate is irreparable, they recommend me to buy a new one for 280,000 forints. I chose other solutions, but not them. Fortunately, the climate could be improved, it works perfectly from 36,000 forints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them weeks ago as a satisfied previous costumer and asked for air condition recommendation, there was nobody available who could help me so they promised me to call me back. They managed to call me back after more than two weeks yesterday. I had to say that I already had an air conditioning system on the walls fully functioning. If you want to get you air condition try someon else.
