Sales are lousy. We went in, the dog didn't deal with us. A salesman discussed at the counter when I asked his colleague where he was when he came back, he replied and then if he was here. I indicated it wasn’t very informative, but that’s what we stayed at. After another quarter of an hour of laziness, there was no one to ask. The colleague mentioned above was no longer discussing, but rather stayed behind the computer. Products rarely have a label, price or info, so unless you are a bricklayer you will not prosper. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

The sellers were willing to try to serve. On the other hand, the goods ordered on Jászberényi út had to go to the Budaörs store (+ 50km and a half days) where it took another hour while the other store confirmed that the goods could be released.

We bought tiles and tiles from them (in their shop in Jászberényi út), and instead of the promised 1.5 weeks, we had to wait 1 month. The release of the goods on Törökbálinti út, on the other hand, went deftly, and they were correct and helpful in both places.

It is always interesting to read many positive opinions with the same content, while reality is not in gratitude with them. I had the good fortune twice and in the form of an e-mail to Invictus Burkolat in Budaörs. To my e-mail inquiring about the price per m2 of some coverings, I received a reply after 3 days on how many m2 I would need in total (???). After I wrote - strangely enough, but so be it ... - there was no answer. Then I wrote in 5 days and since then (one and a half, a total of 2 weeks) I am waiting for the answer (already, I am not waiting ...) Personally, the prices in the store are not indicated for many products (not even if they might be under pricing). It is very difficult to find a salesperson because they are either not present or on the phone. When you finally succeed, you can’t be happy either: you communicate in a condescending, jerky style and find it hard to help based on your tone and gestures. On one occasion, we also witnessed an "complaint handling" about what was said half-heartedly - typing in front of a computer - to apparently desperate shoppers that they can't do what it is (customers complained about broken tiles). So I really don’t recommend it and we just went here because of the good reviews (twice, maybe they just had a bad day for the first time), so I shared it all, I hope it helps someone else.

They advertise on big posters that they have a 50% discount, so we went with my partner. The lady couldn’t show us a single piece of action, (who was very kind and helpful) with the other three workers there who had a hard time getting help. They were visibly disturbed by our presence. I do not recommend more expensive than the Bauhaus.

Dear and youthful team, I got a discount too !! The salesman named Gábor even calculated with me how much he needed .. (I wouldn't have had a chance) = D. Plus I got a really good savings tip from the seller. He came in for me.

Huge selection, correct service. They won’t jump around your neck when you step in, but they’ll help with everything once you know what you want. A little chaotic. - Disorder of abundance.
